after a few slower months, searches are starting to increase at an encouraging rate
Received several new "C" level searches in as we neared the end of the year, all were replacements. One new senior level Sales position was newly created. Overall, there was a lot of encouraging activity as we look to begin a new year.

Experienced decreases in production will impact supply chain and demand. Hiring will be slow through first part of the year.

Access Source has seen decreased search demand in many manufacturing sectors while those involved in manufacturing of recreation and health products have been steady. Increase in demand for contract recruiters as well.

Access Source is noticing an increase in needed contract recruitment services with existing and new clients. This seems to be due to growth coupled with lack of interest in having a full time recruiting team. Strong demand for engineers continues for most clients across industries.
